Group walks offer a great opportunity to stay active, socialise and make new friends. They are also a great way to improve your sleep and mental well-being. This is a one hour long mild walk.

To join a walk is extremely easy. All you have to do is wear comfortable shoes and suitable clothing and turn up at the meeting point a few minutes prior to the start time. You will have to fill in an Walker registration form when joining the programme for the first time.
