Talks at the Bright Hour

Northolt Methodist Church

Tuesdays 2:00 - 3:30pm

The Bright Hour is a group of people aged 65 or over that meet every Tuesday afternoon at Northolt Methodist Church. They usually have a speaker, run a workshop or some kind of entertainment followed by a bit of socialising over a cup of tea at the end. Some people that attend belong to the church but everyone is welcomed regardless of faith. This is a very friendly group that would looking to have more members. Janet and Kathy run this group and they are both very involved in the community. They also run another group on Fridays with strength & balance class, light lunch and knit & natter.

The premises are accessible for wheelchair users. Pets are welcome.

Sometimes they also organise pub lunches and short outings.
