Strength and balance class

Tuesdays 11:00am - 12:00pm

Join this weekly strength and balance exercise class every Tuesday morning with tea at the end of the session. This class is recommended to strengthen core muscles and prevent from falls.

Accessible for wheelchair users

This class is run by MHA – Live at home Scheme, launched in May 2015 in partnership with the Methodist Church. The aim of this scheme is to promote and support independence among members of the community aged over 65. This scheme runs across the borough and people of all faiths or none are welcome.

Price

First 10 exercise classes are free, following £3.5 per class

    The exercise is very good. I come with my husband. He was referred by the doctor and I decided to join in. We also look forward to buying fish after the class at a place near by. The people are nice too./10
