Singing for wellbeing

AgeUK Ealing

Thursday 1.30-3.30pm

Sessions provide a chance for older people (65+) living in the community, to engage and participate in a fun, interactive and social environment with the hope of evoking some joyful emotions and memories. Carers are also welcome to attend with the person they are caring for. The session would start with a voice and movement warm-up, followed by some group singing. There is also an opportunity to sit and have a chat over a cup of tea/coffee before and after the session.

Email contact is: Restoreplus.Coordinator@AGEUKEaling.org.uk

Price
