MindFood run a free 6 week ‘Growing Wellbeing’ course aimed at supporting people who are experiencing stress, anxiety or a low mood to improve their wellbeing. The course is designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables whilst becoming more mindful of ways to proactively manage our wellbeing.

Over the 6 weeks we will discuss, explore and practice:
• Self Reflection
• Mindfulness
• Planning Wellbeing
• Brain Diet
• Balancing the Ecosystem of the Mind

 Located at Cleveley Crescent Allotments: Gated driveway adjacent to 1 Cleveley Crescent, Ealing W5 1DZ

MindFood is an ecotherapy social enterprise based in Ealing that supports people from West London with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety to improve their wellbeing through growing and selling food.
