Join Wednesdays at Perivale Community Centre for tea/coffee and conversation accompanied by storytelling or a fun quiz to test your knowledge. This is followed by a gentle and invigorating exercise class by a trained instructor. Later on there are health talks on a range of health topics or a dance class. You can also inquire about their trips and outings and support for carers.

The centre is accessible for wheelchair users.

Activities are provided by Neighbourly Care, a charity that brings together people over 65 from all backgrounds to share and celebrate their experiences, cultures and lives. They offer a wide range of services and activities to older people aimed at prolonging independent living in various locations across the borough.

All activities are FREE
All participants need to be members of Neighbourly Care Community Project.
Annual membership fee is £2. You can sign up simply by filling out a short membership form on the day. You only pay it once a year and it gives you access to all Neighbourly Care activities.
