2:25 - 3:15pm: Arts & Crafts & Conversation

Come and join the Neighbourly Care team – Daniel, Mandy and Doris – every Friday in the Residents Lounge at Antilles House. Activities include Gentle Exercise; Light Lunch (soup and roll); Bingo, Cards & Dominoes; and Arts & Crafts (card making, cross stitching, painting with watercolours or you can bring your own knitting).

The building is accessible for wheelchair users.

Activities are provided by Neighbourly Care, a charity that brings together people over 65 from all backgrounds to share and celebrate their experiences, cultures and lives. They offer a wide range of services and activities to older people aimed at prolonging independent living in various locations across the borough.

All participants need to be members of Neighbourly Care Community Project.
Annual membership fee is £2. You can sign up simply by filling out a short membership form on the day. You only pay it once a year and it gives you access to all Neighbourly Care activities.

By tube, it’s a 15-minutes walk from East Acton station on the Central line.
