Coffee morning and Exercise class

Tuesdays
11:00 - 11:30am: Coffee Morning
11:30 - 12:15pm: Exercise Class
12.15 - 1:00pm: Break for lunch
1:00 - 2:00pm: Bingo, cards & games
2:00 - 4:00pm: Arts & Crafts

Join their coffee morning for tea or coffee and conversation with other members of the community at Hugh Clark House, followed by an hour of chair-based exercise class. There are more activities in the afternoon, restarting at 1pm with an hour of bingo, cards and games, followed by two hours session of arts and crafts where you can make cards, practice cross stitching, paint with watercolours or bring your own knitting. There is coffee and tea all day but no lunch is provided.

The activities are provided by Neighbourly Care, a charity that brings together people over 65 from all backgrounds to share and celebrate their experiences, cultures and lives. They offer a wide range of services and activities to older people aimed at prolonging independent living in various locations across the borough.

Price

All activities are FREE
All participants need to be members of Neighbourly Care Community Project.
Annual membership fee is £2. You can sign up simply by filling out a short membership form on the day. You only pay it once a year and it gives you access to all Neighbourly Care activities.

If you’re coming bus, numbers 207, 427, 483 and 607 stop on Broadway by Green Man Lane.
By train, it’s a 5-minutes walk from West Ealing station on the GWR line.
