Last Thursday #BriteLives had the pleasure to talk at the University of the Third Age (#U3A_UK) in Ealing Green Church. We explain how we can help people over 65 of Ealing to find local things to do to stay active, meet new people and keep learning — the secret to a healthier and happier life. We want to encourage people to stay connected with their community, regardless of your mobility. Many services can be arranged to come to you.

Out of the about 120 attendees, about a ⅓ said to use the internet to look for local things to do, although only 3 of them said to be successful to actually find them. #BriteLives wants to make it easy for people to find those activities that are right for you. We handed out copies of our January’s newsletter and had so much interest that we run out. We can see that older people of Ealing want #BriteLives. We hope Ealing council, local GPs and charities helping older people see it too. We want to help the retired members of Ealing to live a healthier and happier life. Will you help us?
